For 30 years, I have been training and speaking on vision, leadership and awareness. I have substantial industry and real-world practical experience; having built a multi-state distribution business, I trained and coached in every position and then focused on training the trainers and management.

Having risen to the position of Regional Vice-President in the financial industry, I was awarded a seat on the prestigious President’s Council. In that position, I trained the trainers as well as training, supervised and coached hundreds of financial services professionals on the keys to Servant and Transitional Leadership.

My extensive experience makes me adept in coaching and speaking to clients and prospects of all levels, and on all aspects and the impact of financial products. I was a regular Key-Note Speaker and trainer on financial products and their significance at local and regional events.

I then later focused my efforts on the business community working as a Business Analyst for the country’s largest business consulting firm. I analyzed, then coached, and trained on the significance of breakeven analyses and on profits and profitability.

I have spent 30 years, coaching training and speaking long before I became a professional Coach, Trainer, and Speaker.

I always say most “Most people rarely work near their God-given potential; they simply work at the level of their willingness“.
