In this episode, we sit down with Jesse Harmon, founder of Run Hard.

Run Hard helps kids build the foundation for success in life by teaching them life values through the sport of running. They teach teamwork, wise choices, how to show positive peer pressure, honesty, respect, leadership and perseverance while training everyone to finish a 5k!
